Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Drive and support the adidas eCommerce business in Kazakhstan providing consumer centric interface and experience to achieve incremental revenue for our eCommerce business & the improved performance on our branded experiences.

Use data and insights to optimize the experience during key brand moments and digital campaign activations to drive meaningful impact in the consumer’s end-to-end browsing and shopping experience. The role seeks to understand what makes our consumer-base tick, understand their intent, questions and objectives through journey & data analysis and layer in a commercial, brand-enhancing proposition to address those issues across the entire end-to-end journey.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growing the business and active members; curating, site merchandising and monitoring the sales performance of assortment and collections to tie in with special occasions and consumer moments.
  • Manage profitable growth of the eCommerce business by improving KPI performance across conversion and consumer satisfaction metrics for KAZ market.
  • Manage digital activation process and relevant stakeholders for all category items on calendar. Play a pivotal role in the partnership with the Digital Activation and Brand communication team on Go to Market plans and supporting the Digital Calendar deviation.
  • Actively seek insights from key stakeholders regarding consumer behavior that can better direct planning, establish KPIs and enable real time optimization of campaigns.
  • Provide Global and local Digital Brand Commerce teams with post-campaign feedback to enhance future development of Digital Campaign Standards.
  • Support the team in their partnership with eCom product buying+planning to ensure business needs are effectively supported, driving agile in season adjustment to category calendars as required.
  • Based on business needs and consumer insights, ensure team prioritize and support the Non-Concept In-season Reactive Marketing activity and in-campaign Optimization agile process.
  • Be responsible for the on-time publication of all planned dotcom and app contents.
  • Align priorities between requests by actively managing queue of incoming needs and plan work accordingly to overarching digital priorities and editorial timelines.
  • Monitor creative reviews and feedback to make necessary adjustments/edits, if needed, ahead of publishing.
  • Constantly try to improve technical aspects and efficiencies by staying close with campaign ops and global SEO teams.
  • Create and drive tested trading playbooks for common processes in your area, ensuring we remain flexible to localized market needs, seasonal changes and un-predicated consumer demand and build out an optimization and testing flows.
  • Manage AB Testing calendar creation based off of the quarterly business priorities and ensure there are ongoing executive summaries giving visibility on plans and business output.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to brainstorm the main consumer problems and opportunities and distill the right strategical themes which will drive the business forward.
  • Lead projects in order to drive conversion, enhance consumer satisfaction and drive.

 

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • The incumbent is detail-oriented, consumer centric, data-driven and able to work cross-functionally with different key stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of digital analytics data platforms to identify business opportunities and produce actionable insights (GA4, Adobe, appsflyer, amplitude etc).
  • Familiar with SEO Reporting metrics and Digital Analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Naver search adviser, Semrush, Ahrefs etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting in person and remotely.
  • Holistic view of digital ecosystem and consumer journeys.
  • Proficiency in JIRA or equivalent project management tool.
  • Solid understanding of the web and app environment.
  • Profound knowledge on UI/UX planning, execution.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, all digital research types, measurement and good understanding of associated statistical methodologies.
  • Creative and energetic team player who has a passion for conversion optimization and delivering data-based recommendations for quantifiable improvements.
  • Strong ability to develop influential and collaborative relationships with the key stakeholders and the team.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent English and Korean verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across organization functions.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 6 years of directly relevant experience in any of following functions: digital commerce, merchandising, brand marketing, strategy and digital products & experiences and relevant professional experience with an emphasis on E-Commerce, preferably with experience focused on mobile experiences.
  • Prefer experience with SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
  • Prefer experience with Omni Hub, Kibana, Power BI.
  • Prefer experience with Adobe, GA4, appsflyer, amplitude, Google Search Console, Naver search adviser, Semrush, Ahrefs.
  • Prefer experience with Contents Management System (CMS)
