Responsibilities:
Social media activities:
Monitor social media trends and industry best practices to enhance SMM strategies Create engaging and relevant content for various platforms, such as videos, blog posts, articles, and infographics Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of employer branding and SMM efforts Develop and write content for the internal journal, highlighting key achievements, employee spotlights. Collaborate with different departments to gather relevant information for the internal journal Coordinate the company's career website, social media platforms to promote employer brandInternships:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and requirements Manage the end-to-end junior recruitment process, from posting job openings to coordinating hiring Establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions to build a talent pipeline, participate at job fairs and guest lectures, workshops, and networking events Support internship programs and other initiatives to engage with students and showcase the company as an employer of choice, provide guidance and support to students interested in pursuing careers within the organization.Other activities:
Track HR metrics and provide necessary reporting by request Support various projects of the Talent Team (communications, technical support)Requirements:
Higher education Strong verbal and written presentation skills; English/Russian languages -fluent speakers (Kazakh language preferably); Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization; Ability to collect and analyze numerical information; Skills in writing analytical articles and reviews; Time management and prioritization skills.We offer:
