Role and Team:

The role of the Dairy&BF Innovation Supervisor is to lead new product development agenda in Dairy&BF categories and support NPD driven work streams. We are looking for energetic, motivated, and diligent Interns to work on our Project Management team. You will have an opportunity to work with Senior leaders across all facets of the business (Sales, Operations, HR, Marketing, Finance, etc.) in a team environment. As a team you will research, organize, analyze, develop and support launching and tracking the success of a variety of projects impacting on Pepsico Central Asia and Caucasus businesses.

.Key Responsibilities

Take the lead in full-loop new product development for regional market (Central Asia) from scratch, since the stage of finding trends in the region until product is launchedConcept test, product test, working with R&D, working with factory are basically main responsibilitiesPrepare three to five year innovation planDefine appropriate research plan for the project with limited budgetWork closely with local team on a launch plan once strategy and innovation are doneEnsure new product passes licensing, regulatory, and FDAOwn post-launch evaluation of the new productWork collaboratively with several functional team, including but not limited to insight team, R&D, factory, finance team, and each region's local marketing team To succeed in the NPD Manager job, you will need to have solid experience in full-loop NPD process, not just developing new packaging or relaunch.Требования:

Key skills:

A combination of Bachelor's degree with an additional 3 years of relevant work experience may be accepted Track record of achievement as Marketing Manager/Group Brand Manager in FMCG businessMulti-tasker: able to handle several projects at different stage of developmentStrong communication and people management skillsStrong sense of data analysis and financial acumen
• Analytically driven and detail-oriented, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package and aptitude to learn new software

Well organized with the ability to handle multiple and competing priorities to meet deadlinesExperience interacting with/presenting to senior leadership personnel.Strong project management skills Good English communication is a must
