Scope of work:

Constantly maintain to the highest-level confidentiality concerning company policies, rules, prikazs, orders, and any other official information. Constantly maintain confidentiality of all fellow workers, personal and company related information. Constantly maintain confidentiality when transferring information via internet or email. Coordinating all local issues and administrative actions to ensure that they are completed in a timely manner throughout the company. Coordinating and direct electronic correspondence as directed in a timely manner to ensure both deadline and customer / employee service schedules are maintained at the highest level. To operate and maintain communications in the office for all personnel, clients, and vendors. Assist with HR processes: order forms for various changes including work schedule changes according Labour Law, acts, enactments, and instructions per management order Assist with the onboarding of new employees, contractors & visitors to current RoK specific requirements Maintain the filing system so that any documents processed are placed on relevant files in date order. Ensure that files are kept in filing cabinets and that access is restricted to authorized personnel only. Arrange Pre-employment and Annual medical check-up for employees and keep up to date Medical Matrix Organizes office clerical work, reception of incoming documents, and management of outgoing documents Organizes the provision of office supplies, consumables, and other inventory items necessary for the work of the office. Control of office cleanliness To organise company events when needed Organizes delivery of documents through Courier services or the Company's driver Arrange taxi transfer for employees Carry out inventory of Atyrau stock every quarter and prepare the write-off acts and invoices To search for suppliers when needed Invoice approval processes, provision of back-up for invoices Fills out, issues, and accepts travel documents (путевые листы), control vehicle inspection, control fuel supply Support Operations Coordinator when needed. Interaction with the service provider on issues of maintenance and repair of office equipment Check and monitor the proper operation of office equipment To maintain Company Instagram page and work on progressing it Perform other duties that comply with the held position, as directed by management team. Participate in all company and client safety programs. To work safely in line with the HSEQ responsibilities listed below.

Requirements:

Higher Education standard Language Skills – Kazakh / Russian / English Computer skills, Microsoft office Work experience pertaining to operations and HR administration SMM
