Trade Marketing Manager NKA/E-COMM Job Description Your Job You’re not the person who will settle for just any role.

As a Trade Marketing Manager you are responsible for market and competitor analysis and trade promotion. Your key responsibilites: Market and competitor analysis: * Study of demand and target audience, analysis of sales by volume, customer groups and product categories. * Monitoring data on market conditions, using analytical information for effective management of brands in their responsibility. * Monitoring trends in the development of the economy, industry, and competitors to find new opportunities to increase sales and profits. Trade Promotion: * Manage trade budgets effectively and drive a return on investment (ROI) mentality. * Development of promotions and loyalty programs for trading partners, organization of promotions, selection of promotional assortment. * Drawing up a plan to support new products: calculating the potential of channels, distribution goals, preparing presentations on the launch of new products for the sales department.
Recommendations for the sales department on assortment, merchandising, pricing and promotional activities, preparation of materials for placing launches on the shelf, weekly and/or monthly assessment of launch effectiveness. * Development of a strategy for the development of clients in the area of responsibility in terms of assortment, merchandising, pricing and promotional activities, taking into account their characteristics, brand strategy and the entire category, consumer behavior and his needs. * Implementation of a category development strategy for clients in the area of responsibility, taking into account the operational plans of the sales department and market opportunities. * Formation of an annual plan for activity and trade marketing support in selected clients in accordance with the Company's priorities, setting distribution goals for key brands, developing mechanics that support these goals. Cooperation with other departments: * Coordination of promotions and events with brand managers, category managers, CRM marketers and sales. * Monthly visits to retail outlets for the purpose of analysis, monitoring compliance with Company standards and developing recommendations for improving sales. * Develop the sales team’s understanding of distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising (DPSM) and business drivers. Proficient PC user, knowledge of various databases, high level of Excel.
