VACANCY: EVENT MANAGER
Job summary: The Event Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events and activities within an international school setting. This role involves managing both internal and external events, ensuring their successful organization and seamless execution. The Event Manager will be a focal point for the Admissions and Marketing departments, and collaborate with various stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, parents, and external vendors, to create engaging and memorable experiences that align with the school's mission and objective.
Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Coordination (both internal and external) Program Development and Execution: Budget Management, work with renders of goods and services for events; Marketing and Promotion: Post-Event Evaluation and Reporting: Student Recruitment and Relationship Management
Requirements:
Knowledge of oral and written Kazakh/English languages; Bachelor's degree in marketing, education, or related field (master's degree preferred) and experience in event management; Communications and negotiation skills; Experience in school or higher education management.
