Responsibilities:

General:

Ensure compliance with Group Controlling guidelines. Design systems aligned with organizational needs. Distribute financial info timely and promote efficient reporting. Support bottom-up planning and accurate forecasting. Evaluate cost/benefit and marketing ROI. Build strong relationships with budget holders and facilitate financial management.

Month-End Closing:

Verify sales cut-off and revenue recognition. Coordinate accruals and system reconciliations. Ensure master data quality and submit month-end results.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare variance analysis reports and monthly financial summaries. Report on cash flow and working capital.

Planning & Forecasting:

Manage data collection and budget updates. Prepare liquidity forecasts and oversee planning.

Business Partnership:

Collaborate with various managers on budget and financial issues. Analyze media contracts, marketing plans, and product launches.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or other similar discipline Proficiency in English. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similliar role Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP/SAP BI, and Hyperion.
