How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
This role requires a powerful blend of strategy, negotiation, and relationship management. You will be responsible for:
Strategic Analysis & Optimization: Conduct rigorous analysis on local category cost bases and suppliers to deliver ambitious spend and efficiency targets.
Supply Chain Leadership: Ensure seamless supply to the business and execute all aspects of local procurement.
Negotiation Mastery: Own, manage, and actively negotiate local supplier relationships, making key sourcing decisions that impact our bottom line.
Performance Elevation: Define and manage local supplier performance, focusing on continuous improvement in cost, innovation, and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Market Expertise: Stay abreast of local and global market conditions and pricing trends to inform category strategy and guarantee supply continuity.
Best Practice Implementation: Define and implement local category strategies, driving the adoption of best-in-class category management techniques consistent with our global procurement function.
Compliance & Governance: Implement and monitor standards, processes, and tools, ensuring compliance with preferred supplier policies across the organization.
Professional Development: Actively participate in local and central skill development activities, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Core Requirements (Must Have):
Education: Higher or postgraduate education (Bachelor's or Master's) in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, Economics, or Law.
Sourcing Experience: 3-5+ years of progressive experience in Procurement or Sourcing roles.
Language Proficiency: English – Intermediate/Fluent (essential for dealing with international standards and market data).
Strategic Competencies: Proven expertise in the following areas:
Category & Sourcing Strategy
Category & Market Expertise
Supplier Selection, Qualification & Relationship Management
Negotiation & Contract Knowledge
Project Management
Performance & Process Management (leveraging data, KPI, and digital tools)
Financial Analysis (transversal application)
Desirable Skills (Good to Have):
Experience in Planning & Expediting.
Strong Data Analysis and reporting skills.
