Draftsman (civil/structural) Junior

Main requirements

Higher engineering education

good communication and drafting skills (Good knowledge of AutoCAD, ability Required Skills: to read drawings, knowledge of MS office, Autodesk AutoCAD)

At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position

Main responsibilities

Prepare reports, simple calculations if necessary

Drafting/reviewing the piping layouts, piping supports and isometric drawings

Preparing drawings, charts, and records with CAD equipment and conventional drafting techniques.

Provide technical support during the construction

Prepares the piping material take off, the documents needed for the purchase of piping materials

Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards.

Visiting construction sites to perform measurements and calculate dimensions as needed

Carry out the correct management and execution of RLMU

Communicate scope changes and installation issues promptly

Work in compliance with both client and QA and safety procedures

Make changes to technical drafts based on the recommendations of the discipline engineers

Follow the specifications and requirements of the Client during construction works and technical queries.
