Your responsibilities

• Lead DPSM approach in sales department
• Support& consult Manager to lead annual and quarterly target setting process in Kimberly-Clark CIS sales department
• Support Data Strategy and cascade approach in sales department
• Efficiency: impact on sales investigation and recommendations development and discussion; Sync internal & external data, prepare reports to see the actuals vs targets in Pricing (ARP, Promo, Strategical), Placement, Activities, SoS, Weighted and numeric distributions
• Reporting
• Optimization of sales processes

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in commercial department, analytics
• Higher education in related field
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI
• Upper-Intermediate or above level of English
• Project management skills as an advantage
• SQL knowledge as an advantage
