Yesim is a product-based international company that provides first-class mobile internet for corporate and private travelers across 150 countries worldwide.

We are looking for a strong, creative, and hands-on leader to take charge of our video production. This person will shape formats and rubrics, manage video editors, and participate in content creation personally when needed. You're our perfect match if you live and breathe trends, understand powerful visuals, love experimenting with AI tools, and your eyes light up when it comes to creating truly engaging video content.

Responsibilities

  • Develop original content ideas and formats for YouTube, Reels, Shorts, and TikTok
  • Create script templates, editorial rubrics, and a release calendar
  • Brief editors and post-producers: define structure, timing, focus, and style
  • Step in to edit videos (including motion graphics) when needed
  • Manage the video production team: quality control, timelines, mentorship
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends in video, design, and AI tools (Runway, Pika, Sora, etc.)

Requirements

  • 3 years of video editing experience
  • Proven experience in creating social media content (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram)
  • Strong knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma (or equivalents)
  • English proficiency — B2 level or higher
  • Practical experience with AI tools (video generation, smart editing, enhancement prompts)
  • Creativity, visual taste, cultural awareness, and a good sense of humor
  • Strong project management skills — from concept to final cut
  • Strategic thinking in formats: knowing what will resonate and how to shoot & package it
