Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Prepare and provide accurate calculation of all Companys taxes and other obligatory payments to RoK budget and control over tax payments timeliness.
Ensure accurate and timely tax reporting filing.
Reconcile Companys accounting data with data provided to Tax Authorities.
Control tax legislative changes.
Organize necessary support during various tax and other internal and external audits.
Assessment of consequences associated with the conclusion of contracts in the Republic of Kazakhstan to optimize tax expenses.
Bookkeeping.
Follow up on the Companys Tax Policy and other procedures.
Reconciliation for all taxes under tax accounting and cost accounting.
Ensure compliance on tax matters under current Tax Code.
Qualifications & Experience:
The job holder must have:
- University degree in finance or accounting.
- 3 years of relevant work experience in Oil & Gas, Energy or other relevant industries.
- Working knowledge of Kazakh tax law.
Required Competencies and Skills:
- Good verbal and written English.
- Working knowledge of computerized accounting system (1C system).
- Working knowledge of accounting.
- Ability to liaise effectively with local and fiscal authorities.
- Knowledge of basics of RoK Labour Code.
- Capability to work with PC, MS office programs.
- Accuracy, team player skills.
