Field Service Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a range of technical equipment directly at customer sites. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our equipment runs smoothly and customers remain satisfied with the quality of service we provide.

• Install, maintain, and repair technical equipment at client locations.
• Diagnose technical issues and implement effective repairs.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical training and support to customers.
• Explain complex technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports, forms, and logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Monitor and manage spare parts inventory; order supplies when needed.
• Continuously improve technical knowledge by attending workshops and industry events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share field insights and resolve issues.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and professional service.

• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role (minimum 3 years).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
• Skilled in diagnostic, testing, and repair procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capable of training users in the operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
• Proficient with computers and basic software tools.
• Willingness to travel frequently to client locations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical).
