We don't just sell cigars — we create quality products and promote a refined lifestyle. Our brands are sold across Europe and the U.S., and we are growing fast.

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and organized Head of HR to lead our hiring efforts and help us build a strong, international team.

You will be responsible for managing recruitment, working with freelance recruiters, and supporting our teams to grow and work better together.

If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and building efficient processes — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • ‍ Hire and coordinate direct and freelance recruiters

  • Manage hiring plans, tasks, and deadlines

  • Track recruitment results and report to company leadership

  • Help teams work better by improving internal processes

  • Support positive and healthy work environments (currently company employ 50 full-time workers).

  • Make sure our HR practices follow international laws (with legal support)

  • Occasionally travel with the CEO to Europe and the U.S. for team visits and events

What We're Looking For

  • 5 years of experience in HR with 2 in a leadership or management role (mandatory)

  • At least 2 years leading a team or managing recruitment

  • Good English (C1 ), Spanish is a plus

  • Experience with international hiring (EU or USA is required)

  • Organized, positive, and proactive mindset

  • Quick learner and flexible to change

  • Strong communication skills

Education

  • Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field

  • Master's or certifications (HR field) are a strong plus
