We are looking for a seasoned Investment Director to join the prestigious M&A & Debt advisory boutique, specializing in Infrastructure and Real Sector M&A & debt transactions. The role is pivotal in steering regional and international projects, primarily focusing on the CIS countries.

The Investment Director will lead and drive high-profile M&A & Debt deals, ensuring strategic alignment and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of M&A & Debt transactions.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including participation on the boards of acquired companies.
  • Oversee a team of analysts and managers, providing leadership and direction to ensure the achievement of transaction objectives.
  • Conduct detailed market and financial analysis to support negotiation strategies and transaction structuring.
  • Collaborate with senior management on the development and execution of long-term strategic goals within the M&A domain.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements throughout the transaction process.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in M&A, Investment Banking, Debt/Project Finance Advisory, particularly within infrastructure and the real sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of CIS markets, with additional experience in international projects preferred.
  • Ability to influence at a senior level and work effectively on the boards of directors.
  • Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent Russian & English.
