Apply now  Learn more:   Position: D&IT Business Solution AnalystContract Type: Permanent D&IT Business Solution AnalystDo you have a passion for data, a strong analytical mindset, and a drive to turn raw information into actionable business insights?We are looking for an IT Data Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. This role is essential in managing and optimizing data pipelines, transforming data, analytics solutions, and reporting systems to support key business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure efficient data processing, integration, and visualization.If you have experience with Azure data services (Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, Synapse Analytics), data pipeline management, SQL, SSIS, and Power BI, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and architecture within AzureDevelop data models that support functional business requirementsIdentify, design, and implement process improvements for data workflowsManage and analyze large datasets using Microsoft Azure data services to support business decision-makingCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand and support their data infrastructure needsEnsure data integrity, security, and compliance across different systemsAssist in data visualization and reporting using Power BI or other BI toolsWork closely with IT and business teams to optimize data-driven solutions and provide support for existing applications and solutions Requirements:3+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or business intelligenceBachelor's or master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer ScienceHands-on experience with Azure data services (ADF, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, Synapse Analytics)Proven experience in designing and maintaining ETL processes using SSIS and SQLFamiliarity with data warehouse principles and best practices for data integrationStrong analytical skills, particularly in working with structured and unstructured dataExperience with big data tools (e.g. Spark)What We Offer:Opportunities for professional growth and technical developmentExposure to cutting-edge cloud technologies and innovative data solutionsCompetitive compensation and benefits packageCommitment to continuous learning, upskilling, and cross-functional collaborationFlexible working arrangements and a supportive team cultureOpportunity to work in a global, multicultural environment with a data-driven mindsetAre you ready to join us?
