Job DescriptionThe position of Coordinator for Organizational Culture includes, but is not limited to, carrying out effective operational activities aimed at developing and strengthening the University's organizational culture. This role ensures the high-quality implementation of programs (trainings, seminars, sessions) and initiatives that promote awareness of the University's core values. The Coordinator effectively collaborates with external and internal partners, government agencies, and the University community to create a favorable and inspiring atmosphere that supports the effective work of faculty, students, and staff while enhancing their motivation and satisfaction. In addition, the Coordinator is responsible for supporting employer branding initiatives to enhance the University's reputation as an attractive and inclusive workplace, as well as designing and coordinating onboarding activities to ensure the successful integration and engagement of new employees within the University community.
QualificationsA higher education degree (Bachelor's/Master's degree) in the field of Human Resources management, Sociology, Psychology, Marketing, Pedagogy, Law, Management, Public Administration
Work Experience
1) At least 5 years with a Bachelor's degree, or
2) At least 3 years with a Master's degree in educational institutions, corporate communication, organizational development, design and implementation of activities to enhance organizational values, assessment of organizational culture effectiveness, brand building and developing
3) Work experience in large organizations, preferably in educational, scientific, or international institutions.
