Viterra Kazakhstan is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide outsourced HR services under a civil contract (ГПХ) or via outstaffing.

Services to be provided:

  • Managing HR documentation (contracts, additional agreements, terminations)
  • Assisting in recruitment: sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating applicants. Preparing reports required by legislation as well as internal corporate reports.
  • Planning and coordinating team training sessions.
  • Conducting performance assessments and preparing relevant reports.
  • Developing and implementing new HR policies/procedures as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in HR.
  • English proficiency (upper-intermediate or higher).
  • Strong knowledge of the Labor Code of Kazakhstan.
  • Experience in HR documentation and recruitment.

Terms of cooperation:

  • Service-based cooperation (not employment), under a civil contract (ГПХ) or through outstaffing.
  • Competitive compensation with timely payment.
