Join us in shaping the future of finance.About The RoleWe're seeking a Delivery / Product manager to accelerate development of our next-gen trading infrastructure. Reporting Line - Director, Web InterfacesWorksite: Remote/ Hybrid/ On-site (options vary by location)ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end product strategy, including defining the product vision, developing the roadmap, and overseeing timely delivery.Coordinate the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon processes and methodologies within the team.Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to elicit, clarify, and prioritize both functional and non-functional requirements.Conduct in-depth analysis and research to break down complex initiatives into actionable user stories, bugs, and technical tasks for development.Structure and lead Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of project or product management experience within an IT environment.Technical background with prior experience as a QA engineer or developer.Proven hands-on experience with the Agile development process and end-to-end delivery.Proficiency with project management tools, specifically Atlassian Jira.Working proficiency in English, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal clients and team members.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of driving ambiguous, non-obvious tasks to completion.Highly adaptable, with the ability to prioritize effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving business and IT landscape.Preferred QualificationsExperience in Fintech, Brokerage, or Banking IT sectors.Personality / MindsetIntegrity & loyaltyTeam player with advanced communication and collaboration skillsA hands-on, can-do attitude - always looking for solutions and thinking out of the boxOverachiever mentalityCapability to work and succeed in the fast pace and ever-changing environmentWe OfferCompetitive salary Corporate benefits (choose your preferred options)Truly inspiring culture, pleasant and informal work environmentOngoing education & training programsOpportunity to network and connect in the Corporate EventsGlobal career opportunities*Benefits/perks vary depending on the nature of your employment with the company and the country where you workA group of disruptive technology experts created EXANTE.
