Technical Solutions Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the delivery of technical solutions in our CEMEA region.

This role will involve overseeing end-to-end client engagements, building relationships with clients, and implementing digital solutions in client environments.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex projects, providing subject matter expertise in payments and technology integration, and driving project governance and risk management.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, document best practices, and present project outcomes to clients and stakeholders.

Additionally, this role will support the scaling and codification of our Technology Advisory Practice.

• Lead and manage end-to-end client technical delivery engagements within the CEMEA region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and technical challenges.
• Oversee the implementation of digital solutions in client environments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (including architects, developers, UX practitioners, and business analysts) to deliver seamless technical solutions.
• Provide subject matter expertise in payments, digital banking, and technology integration.
• Drive project governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment in multi-country, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Document processes, key learnings, and best practices for re-use across the team.
• Present project outcomes and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

• 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3 years in management or technology consulting firms (Big 3, Big 4 or technology-led consultancies)
• Demonstrated track record of delivering large-scale technical projects in the financial services sector.
• Experience working in multi-country, multi-stakeholder environments, ideally within the CEMEA region
• Experience with client engagement and relationship management at senior levels
