We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Swissotel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cuisine and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.

• Manage and operate an assigned section of the kitchen in accordance with hotel standards.
• Prepare and present dishes according to recipes, portion sizes, and quality guidelines.
• Ensure that all food is prepared in compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor ingredient quality and freshness, reporting any shortages or quality issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the assigned kitchen section, equipment, and storage areas.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior cooks and kitchen assistants.
• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth coordination during service.
• Control waste, manage portion sizes, and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Participate in menu planning, suggesting improvements or new dishes.

• Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety procedures.
• Creativity and attention to detail in presentation and flavor.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
