Housekeeping Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily housekeeping activities, managing room assignments, and ensuring that all guest rooms are cleaned to the highest standards.

• Coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including room assignments and cleaning schedules;
• Manage room status updates, including verifying room status and determining discrepant rooms;
• Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities, including preparing and distributing room assignments to Housekeeping staff;
• Record and monitor the list of 'Do Not Disturb' rooms and ensure that vacant dirty rooms are cleaned by the necessary time;
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, and develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent;
• At least 1 year of related work experience;
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
• Physical stamina to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time, and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
