About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a seasoned marketing leader to spearhead brand growth and profit through innovative consumer insights, strategic communications, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies, optimizing the marketing mix and creating compelling brand stories.

  • Leverage data and trends to drive marketing innovation and maximize commercial spend.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to deliver breakthrough consumer experiences and disrupt the status quo.

  • Manage large-scale marketing projects on time and within budget, exhibiting decision-making abilities and mitigating risk.

  • Provide leadership and ensure integrated marketing activities that meet brand and business objectives.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

  • 7+ years of brand marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years of people leadership.

  • A deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.

  • Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and strategic thinking.

  • Experience leading marketing communication projects and managing large consumer marketing budgets.
