Job Title: Commercial Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Liaison Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing commercial guidance across the business, supporting issue resolution, customer negotiations, and bid approvals.

You will ensure that the company is protected from unnecessary commercial risks and exposures by reviewing contracts, agreements, and ensuring compliance with local legislation.

• Provide commercial support and risk management services to the business
• Draft, review, and support negotiations for commercial agreements
• Ensure compliance with local legislation and export control regulations
• Liaise with sales teams, territory managers, legal, and compliance teams to ensure accurate information flow

• Law degree preferred with strong understanding of local legislation
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a commercial function with technical appreciation of products and processes
• Fluent in English and Russian with strong communication and influencing skills
• Highly organized and efficient with planning and monitoring work to meet commercial objectives
