Onboarding Expert

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional partner experience and outstanding service during the onboarding process of our restaurant partners. This role strongly contributes to long-term operational success.

The day-to-day responsibilities of this position will evolve with the company's continued growth. Some of your tasks will include:

• Successfully onboard venues onto our platform and ensure an optimal and speedy process at all times.
• Build relationships with our restaurant partners, help them through the onboarding process, and ensure long-term operations success by training them on using our systems and keeping them up to speed on any updates.
• Drive efficiency: Help move roadblocks, and remove bottlenecks throughout the onboarding funnel to drive onboarding velocity.
• Maintain high standards: Ensure our portfolio of restaurants reaches the highest service standards in both pragmatic and aesthetic terms.
