Digital Transformation Specialist

The role of a technical solutions consultant involves providing expert-level support and guidance to clients across multiple Visa products in their area of responsibility.

This position requires strong technical expertise and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance, often serving as a functional specialist for complex client operations.

As a technical solutions resource, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end client solutions and operations, including bank international payment operations, international wire payments, and interbank correspondent bank operations.

Key responsibilities include providing consultation-level expertise to internal and external clients on B2B and money movement products and services, such as B2B Connect, Visa Direct, 3DS Authentication, Authorization, and Clearing.

You will also be responsible for supporting regional initiatives, product activations, and time-to-revenue acceleration, working closely with Client Resolution, Products, Implementation, Technology, and clients across all markets.

Additionally, the Technical Solutions Consultant will provide global and regional teams with market intelligence and product performance insights, develop and train team members, and act as a role model/leader within the team.

This is a hybrid position that requires flexibility and adaptability. Expectations regarding office days will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
