Business Insight Strategist

As a Data Insights Analyst, you will be part of the Global Business Optimization team.

This team is responsible for turning massive amounts of data into actionable insights that drive business value.

You will work with Visa's clients and staff to improve portfolio performance, program profitability, and cardholder experiences.

The role involves using strong big data and analytical skills, contextual business sense, and creative flair to solve real-world business challenges for Visa issuing banks, acquirers, and merchants.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to manage existing solutions, working towards producing ready-to-consume insight packages for corridor-, market-, and region-level leaders, and building and deploying capability to generate forward-looking views of opportunities.

Additionally, you will lead management reporting dashboards & scorecards and establish a cadence of reporting across different executive stakeholders to support authorization improvement campaigns.

This is a hybrid position, and the expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

• SME knowledge of Auth is highly preferred.
• AI experience with LLMs and Agent Building would be useful.
• Extensive experience working in data analysis and or insight delivery.
• Top team working skills and great mentoring attitude.
• Degree in a quantitative field, advanced quantitative or business degree is a plus.
• High level of proficiency manipulating data from a variety of sources - Big data skills (Hadoop, Hive, Spark) and or SQL skills required.
• Experience visualizing data with tools like Tableau, advanced Tableau skills are highly desired.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
• Must be proficient in all MS Office applications with advanced Excel spreadsheet skills.
• Visa experience or knowledge of the payments industry is a big plus.
