Job Title:

Sr. Director, Strategic Intelligence

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Director to lead our integrated insight agenda. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving OU growth and competitive advantage by leveraging advanced data analytics and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development of actionable insights by leveraging diverse information sources to craft a compelling business strategy within EME.
2. Chair the Insights Integration cross-functional forum to enhance collaboration and dissemination of insights across the organization.
3. Build a forward-thinking data strategy with DAO and Platform Services.
4. Serve as a partner to Coca-Cola bottler teams, ensuring alignment on data, insights, and competition opportunities.
5. Contribute to global, OU, and market-level cross-functional projects as the voice of strategic insights.

Requirements:

1. +10 years of experience in several Business Development roles, such as Strategy, Marketing, Business Planning, RGM, Insights, and/or Finance.
2. Essential experience: Strategy, Data & Analytics and Insight related functions or roles with a focus on external competition.
3. Preferred experience in FMCG or Management Consultancy (Retail/FMCG facing)

Travel Requirements:

Up to 15-20% travel required
