The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns, with expertise in digital marketing channels and technologies.

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Oversee brand management and positioning to maintain consistency across all channels.

  • Direct digital marketing initiatives, including social media, content marketing, and SEO/SEM campaigns.

  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform marketing decisions.

  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business goals.

  • Develop and implement performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

  • Stay abreast of emerging marketing trends and technologies, adapting strategies accordingly.

  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in the Southeast Asian market.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring marketing teams.

  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and technologies.

  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to derive actionable insights.

  • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

  • Fluency in English and Thai or Bahasa Indonesia.
