Logistics Coordinator

Orange & Blue Services is a dynamic company that values efficiency and productivity in its operations. As a Logistics Coordinator - Warehouse Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services within our organization.

We offer a competitive salary of €2371.48 per month, based on 40 hours a week, with an additional 13% shift allowance. Our employees also receive a holiday allowance of 8% of their annual gross salary, paid out in May. Additionally, we reimburse travel costs from the first km onwards at €0.23 per km, with a maximum of 1500 km per month.

We have a collective pension agreement with Nationale Nederlanden, where the employee pays approximately 4.6% of their pension contribution. Our employees also receive 30 days of annual leave on a full-time basis.

In addition to these benefits, we offer a Not Sick Bonus, which rewards employees for maintaining good health throughout the year. If an employee has not been ill at all during the year, they receive a bonus of €600 gross, paid out in December. If they have been ill for less than 4 days, they receive €300 gross.

As a Logistics Coordinator - Warehouse Operator, your primary responsibilities will include managing inventory levels, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. You will work closely with our warehouse team to optimize storage space and streamline processes.

Your tasks may include:

• Receiving and processing inventory shipments
• Verifying stock levels and reporting discrepancies
• Coordinating with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely deliveries
• Optimizing storage space and workflow

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in logistics or warehousing is highly desirable.

You should also be proficient in using various software applications, including ERP systems and inventory management tools.
