Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day customer service activities to fulfill and solve customers’ & sales requests.

Properly execute order life cycle process to accomplish on time deliveries targets.

Make sure sales orders of scheduled customers are released on time

Support Sell-in confirmation process execution for appointed customers.

Be an expert, in all operational and commercial areas, for your wholesale account ensuring excellent customer service is being delivered at all times.

Build and maintain strong relationships with our internal colleagues and external partners

Ensure accuracy of product information, stock availability, pricing, terms, routing, and any other specialty handling or services.

Produce, analyze and interpret data and reports in line with business requirements and external customer expectations.

Manage day to day customer service activities with the aim to fulfil customer requests, resolve queries and provide creative solutions.

Work with supply chain to ensure specific customer requirements are met.

Process, coordinate and investigate customer shipment claims or return requests following existing Company policies, procedures and programs.

Follow agreed procedures and standards, ensuring all documentation is maintained for all new and existing processes.

Ensure full understanding and adherence to all procedures within your own account base that are outside of the usual process.

Superior attention to details and accuracy

Data analysis and forecasting abilities highly important

Possession and knowledge of information tools and systems is desirable: SAP, WMS

Knowledge of Word and Excel on the medium level,

English: Upper-Intermediate is a minimum.
